Precision Engineering & Installation
Every installation begins with a rigorous site laser audit to ensure precise measurements and a perfect weather-tight fit. The components are then CNC-cut in our controlled facility with strict adherence to architectural plans.
Our expert technicians install the framework utilizing heavy-duty anchors, levelers, and premium polyurethane sealants. A final quality check ensures smooth operation, zero leaks, and flawless aesthetics that elevate the architectural value of your property permanently.
How Frameless Glass Door Installation Works
Frameless glass door installation is structurally different from conventional framed door systems and requires a sequential process that cannot be shortcut without compromising long-term integrity. The first phase is precise opening preparation: the structural rough opening must be perfectly plumb, level, and square to a tolerance of ±2mm, because any deviation is directly visible through the glass and cannot be concealed by a frame reveal. We begin every frameless door project by correcting the opening geometry using non-shrink grout or metal shim packs before any hardware is positioned.
The second phase is hardware anchoring. Floor pivots and top pivots carry the entire weight of the glass — a 12mm tempered glass panel measuring 2100mm tall by 900mm wide weighs approximately 47 kilograms. These pivots are anchored into structural concrete or steel, never into partition walls or lightweight masonry, which cannot sustain the point loads over years of daily cycling. The third phase is glass installation and alignment: the panel is lifted using vacuum cup lifters, the pivot pins are engaged, and the door is adjusted through pivot-plate shimming and floor closer tuning until the gap is uniform at 3–5mm on all sides. The final phase is silicone sealant application and a high-pressure hose test before client handover.
