Series 900 and 1200 heavy-duty extrusions with tandem stainless steel rollers, weep drainage, and full structural silicone anchoring for zero-leak typhoon performance.

Most sliding door leaks happen when water climbs the glass face under wind pressure and finds a shallow track with no drainage path. Our Series 900 deep tracks have factory-installed weep holes at every low point, expelling water before it can build up inside the frame cavity.

Every installation begins with a site laser audit. The frame is anchored to concrete with structural anchors and sealed with Dow Corning silicone before the panels go in.

Heavy-duty sliding door systems engineered to handle Philippine typhoon conditions.

01

Typhoon-Rated Frames

Series 900 and 1200 heavy-gauge extrusions anchored to structural walls withstand Category 5 wind loads without deformation.

02

Zero-Leak Track System

Deep drainage channels and factory-installed weep holes expel rainwater before it can enter the building interior.

03

Multi-Point Security

Flush mortise and hook-style multi-point locks secure the panel against both forced entry and wind pressure displacement.

04

Corrosion-Resistant Hardware

Tandem stainless steel or marine-grade nylon rollers resist salt air corrosion in coastal Philippine environments.

05

Acoustic Dampening

Double wool-pile seals and 8mm-12mm tempered glass significantly reduce street and outdoor noise transmission into the living space.

06

Custom-Cut to Size

Any width, any height — all CNC-fabricated to your exact opening dimensions. Single, double, or multi-panel configurations.

How We Build It

01 / AUDIT

Site Laser Audit

Precise opening dimensions taken before CNC fabrication. Zero on-site trimming required at installation.

02 / ANCHOR

Deep-Track Anchoring

Frame bolted to structural wall with chemical anchors rated for typhoon uplift loads.

03 / SEAL

Structural Silicone

Full perimeter sealed with neutral-cure Dow Corning silicone rated for UV and salt-air exposure.

04 / VERIFY

Roller Adjustment

Tandem rollers tuned for smooth glide, locks aligned and tested. Full operation verified before sign-off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about sliding glass doors in the Philippines.

What glass thickness is best for a sliding patio door in the Philippines?

+

We recommend 8mm fully tempered glass as the standard for sliding patio doors. For openings wider than 1800mm or coastal locations, we upgrade to 10mm or 12mm. Thicker glass also provides significantly better acoustic performance.

Why do sliding doors leak during typhoons?

+

Most sliding door leaks are caused by inadequate track depth, missing weep holes, or degraded wool-pile weatherstripping. Our Series 900 and 1200 tracks have deep drainage channels, factory-installed weep holes at every low point, and double wool-pile seals.

How much do sliding glass doors cost in the Philippines?

+

A standard Series 798 sliding door (1800mm x 2100mm) with 6mm glass starts at approximately P12,000 to P18,000 installed. Heavy-duty Series 900 or 1200 systems with 8mm glass range from P22,000 to P40,000+ depending on width and hardware.

Can sliding glass doors be made typhoon-proof?

+

Yes. The key factors are using a deep-track Series 900 or 1200 system, 8mm to 12mm tempered glass, double wool-pile weatherstripping, functional weep holes, and anchor bolts into the structural wall. We also apply structural silicone to the frame-to-wall interface.
