Our Story

Started by a Contractor Who Got Tired of Watching Clients Get Cheated.

The Philippine glass and aluminum market has a problem. Most quotations are vague lump sums. Hardware specifications are hidden. When a typhoon comes and the window leaks, the contractor is gone.

We started GlassInstallerPH because we believed a homeowner deserved to know exactly what they were paying for: the aluminum series, the glass thickness, the sealant brand, the hardware grade — every line item, before a single peso changes hands.

Every installation we do ends with a high-pressure hose test from outside the building. If water gets in, we fix it before we leave. You do not sign off until the interior is dry. That is not a promise — that is a condition of our process.

Specification Transparency

Every quotation names the aluminum series, glass thickness, hardware brand, and sealant type. Clients know exactly what they are getting before any contract is signed.

No Annealed Glass in Safety Applications

Annealed glass is a building code violation in shower enclosures, glass railings, and frameless doors. Every safety application uses certified tempered glass — verifiable by the tempering stamp on the corner of every panel.

Laser Measurement. No Exceptions.

Every opening measured with a laser distance meter before fabrication. No field adjustments after the glass is made — precision at the start prevents every problem downstream.

Structural Silicone Only

All perimeter joints sealed with Dow Corning structural silicone. Maintains adhesion and flexibility for 15–20 years under Philippine heat and humidity.

Hose Test Before Every Handover

High-pressure hose spray on every frame from outside after installation. If water penetrates, we fix it before we leave. Client sign-off comes after a dry interior.

OFW-Ready Remote Coordination

Exact measurement documentation, photo updates at every stage, and full coordination with a family representative on-site. Distance is not an excuse for poor quality control.

Free Site Audit & Laser Measurement

We visit your property, assess wall construction type (concrete hollow block, solid concrete, or steel frame), and take laser-precision measurements of every opening to be glazed. This data feeds directly into the factory cut list — no estimating, no rounding.

Step 02

Full Itemized Quotation Within 48 Hours

Line-by-line: aluminum series and profile code, glass thickness and type, hardware brand, sealant specification, and labor separated from materials. No lump sums. Payment: 50% down, 50% on your sign-off.

Step 03

Factory Fabrication to Exact Dimension

Aluminum profiles cut, assembled, and glass fitted in our fabrication shop using the laser measurement data. Every component labeled per opening. We do not adjust glass at the site — if it does not fit exactly, it goes back to fabrication.

Step 04

Installation with Structural Silicone Sealing

Frames anchored with chemical anchors into the concrete substrate — not just screws into hollow block. All frame-to-wall interfaces back-bedded with Dow Corning structural silicone. Hardware adjusted and tested before the silicone cures.

Hose Test & Client Sign-Off

High-pressure hose against every frame from outside — simulating typhoon-level rain exposure. We walk the interior together and identify any moisture. Everything is dry before you sign. Hose test documentation is included in your warranty package.
